We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and Evri Tracked.
⏱ Processing Times

Small orders: usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Larger orders: may take up to 7 business days to process.
📦 Subscription Boxes

Payments for subscription boxes are taken on the 7th of each month.

Boxes are shipped between the 10th–18th of each month so that subscribers worldwide receive their surprise boxes around the same time.
🛃 Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, please contact us within 14 days. A refund will be issued minus postage costs.
🔄 Refunds, Returns & Damages
Refund requests

Must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned undamaged within 30 days to qualify for a refund.
Damaged items

Please return the damaged item.

You will receive a refund for that item (minus postage) or a replacement.
Lost parcels
